IMPORTANT: Tuition boycott (! For freshmen)

As you may have heard by, the winter semester 2007/08 for the second time a boycott instead of tuition fees. To this end, the AStA (the General Student Committee) in collaboration with an attorney's trust account to which the fees can be paid. Since there was a boycott schonmal can be said of all pages that your money is completely safe here and no disadvantages arise for you (or your parents)!

The boycott does easy:

first You transfer the 275 € (and only the enrollment fee to transfer to University!) To 17 July (!) To boycott the escrow account.

2a. If still others Studis 7499 to do so, then the money will initially remain in this account, and the AStA enters into negotiations with the university. Then again, the money will be transferred to you back!

2b. If less than 7499 Studis others follow your example, the money will time transferred to the University!

NOTE: It ensteht by anyone a disadvantage (for evolutionary biologists: "Win - Win" situation)! Contrary to all the scaremongering, the rumbling so is the chance of a Exmatrikulatuion (oder für Erstsemester Nicht-Zulassung zum Studium) kleiner als die Chance auf Schwangerschaft trotz Pille!

Der Boykott soll dazu dienen, die unsozialen Studiengebühren in Münster, NRW und ganz Deutschland wieder abzuschaffen und das Recht auf freie Bildung einzufordern, die für unsere Gesellschaft höchste Priorität haben sollte. Es geht nicht einfach nur um deinen Geldbeutel, es geht (auch) um Mehr...

PS: Da wir Fachschaftler ja gezwungenermaßen auch an der Verteilung der Studiengebühren mitwirken, damit diese, wenn sie schon erhoben sind, auch wirklich so gut es eben geht genutzt werden können, können wir euch einige Missstände über die Verteilung bei uns an der Uni berichten! Lasst es euch gesagt sein, oder informiert euch selbst - Fakt ist:

Die Studiengebühren führen entgegen der Erwartungen von Land und Uni-Leitung NICHT zur dringlichen Verbesserung der Lehre und der akademischen Ausbildung!!

Aus diesem und anderen Gründen, die wir euch auch gerne während der Präsenzzeiten oder per Email genauer erläutern, möchten wir den jetzigen und zukünftigen Studierenden der WWU den Boykott an Herz legen.

Dear students,


the winter semester 2008/09 the AStA again carry out a boycott of the tuition fees. The chances for a successful boycott are if we all pull together on a train!

Im hessischen Landtag wurde heute das Gesetz zur Sicherstellung von Chancengleichheit adopted at Hessian universities with a majority of SPD, Greens and Left Party.

This means that tuition fees in Hesse now officially abolished! =)

That should motivate us in NRW, not to give up our protest against tuition fees!

The AStA of the University of Münster invites all students to participate in the Thursday 5 to gather in June by 16 clock on the Palace Square and participate in the General Assembly of the student body . link to invitation

For the duration of the Assembly, all students are exempt from mandatory participation in university events!

We will meet on Wednesday 07 May 2008 PC07 at 18:00 h, a student body assembly (FVV) convened. This Assembly is an organ of the student body authored and therefore you are - if you still have that at this late hour - exempted from all university events. tuition boycott 2.0

Studis Hello dear!

As you may all know, has the AStA in the last election a ballot for a renewed boycott charges made and there was a clear vote for a new boycott.

As already in about 2 weeks, the feedback forms are sent to the summer semester, the boycott will not be carried out for the SS08, but only for WS08/09!

That does not mean that nothing happened this semester. From now proceeding with the preparation, which will not only pave the way for tuition boycott, but should also include alternative measures against tuition fees.

For this purpose there is a group of activists from all specialzed, which deals with the planning and implementation of the new boycott. would

Ersteimal a Happy New Year ! We hope you had a bit of relaxation during the holidays or vacation (some:))

We want once again to the workshop on "Soft Skills for biologists' attention, which starts on Saturday! There are many places available! (Except for the business management workshop that is full already!).
The action is also aimed at Studis, already the SoKo (or new: SchlüKo) have completed module! Participation is of course certified!

This year there will again be the ever-popular Zoonachführung in natural zoo in Muenster !
During the evening and night hours, you can find animals that are often just lazy day in the corner oder garnicht zu sehen sind. Außerdem werden die Führungen von erfahrenen Biologen gemacht, die echt Plan haben und euch alle Fragen gerne beantworten, die während so einer Führung sicherlich auftauchen.

Ab nächstem Montag, dem 14.01., werden während des Präsenzdienstes die Karten verkauft (Zwei Karten p.P., da bisher immer große Nachfrage, 5€ pro Karte )!
